
So here I have wraps, crushed almonds, tuna and sometimes corn, all drenched in tahini.
It has tons of calories and covers fats, carbs and protein.
Other creations of mine mostly include tahini as well. If you can get your hands on it, it is amazing. It has over 600kcal in 100ml and is rich in healthy fats.
For example I make rice, fried tuna, corn and use a can of tahini as sauce. Just the tahini alone gets me 1200kcal. Rice about 600-800, tuna and corn add to it.
