Stock Farley 5 is ~$2k new. An XT drivetrain upgrade is about $300. Without knowing what hubs are in the wheelset (stock Sunringle or something like DT Swiss) it’s hard to price out reliably. If it’s well kept, I’d say that $1400-1600 would be a fair price for that bike.
