Looks good to me, handlebars are such a personal thing. In my situation I would give it a shot, I use a somewhat similar bar not carbon fiber.

I won’t put anything carbon on my commuter. It goes on the train, it gets loaded with groceries and sometimes falls over—all kinds of things happen when my bike is my vehicle.

Personally, I wouldn’t spend this much money or put carbon on a commuter bike. My commuter sits at bike racks where other people aren’t as careful, is used to haul groceries, and generally looks cheap to minimize the chance of theft. But if you want the carbon fiber, go for it.
