Probably a bad seal. the tubes contain nothing more than some solvents. Either that or you are trying to return something used and trying to gain leverage by posting on Reddit. I had some bad tubes, but they never were empty.

  2. It’s basically just rubber cement. I’ve had several tubes evaporate like this. I’ve been using a large glass jar of rubber cement for patches while fixing bikes at home, but I had to buy a new kit for rides

  3. Once opened they dry up pretty quickly, that’s just the nature of the product. If you never opened them there was likely a leak somewhere, I’ve had unopened, sealed tubes around that lasted years until I needed them.

  4. Rema Tip Top patch kits don’t do this, at least not as consistently or rapidly as other brands like yours. The Rema patches are also better. Buy them instead.

  5. Rubber cement is just rubber dissolved in a solvent. The solvent evaporates. In theory, you could fill the tubes back up with a solvent, and redissolve the rubber, but not worth it.
