not sure. but can you get $300 in enjoyment out of it. i’d think yes
Probably about half that. Plus it needs fresh bartape and probably tires. It’s not a buttery smooth ride I owned one. Rigid and stiff aluminum with narrow older style rims, no clearance for wider more comfortable tires. It’s a good starter road bike and it is fast, but those components are as dated as the frame. Make sure the chain isn’t stretched – use the worn parts as negotiation material. Two fresh tires, bartape and a safety check at a local shop is going to total about $150 buying mid range equipment
Edit: that drivetrain is shot. Needs new chainrings up front, probably a new chain and cassette. It’s going to run you more in maintenance/repair than they’re asking. Stay away unless you really want a red allez
