The other side should be where you start. Its probably an adjustable cup and cone bottom bracket and youll need to look at the other side to tell what tool you need.

This side is a very large spanner. If you have a giant adjustable wrench that could work but be careful (maybe bolt and washers) to keep it from slipping off. Several manufacturers make a wrench for this, I used to have one from Sugino and I’m sure Park makes one. The other side will have a lock ring that you would use a hook wrench on and the cup with have either somewhat narrow flats or a slot or a pair of holes. The first one you can use that adjustable wrench the second and third you can use a pin spanner
