did not want to reinstall the other stuff on a c-line, just quick messurement arround 6-8mm and i went for it with a japanese saw for 12€ and sandpaper can even it out.
i did not a perfect job but you can achieve very good results.
grip itself i would say is good quality and it can still fold but its very close (L variant).
hope it can fix my numb fingers and bonus: i got 2 free engagement rings
