Looks like a singlespeed rear hub to me, you might need a new wheel if you want to ride fixed gear. In that case it‘d be better to have the brake on the front as well.
Can’t really tell much about the other components other than that those pedals are cheap af.
How much are they asking?

You do not need the rear brake (even on a singlespeed), level the saddle, the chain looks a bit tight. Just my 2cents
