Someone in my apartment complex left this Bianchi bike by the dumpster. From what I can tell, it's a high end brand but I don't know anything about bikes. I'm actually just learning to ride as an adult. Can anyone familiar with Bianchi tell me if this was the find of a lifetime or just some promotional frame they put out that I should have left where I found it? Thanks in advance!

It’s at least got a 3 piece cotterless crank. Mixed axles, front QR and rear bolt on. Does a magnet stick to the rims next to the tires? Those look like chromed steel rims which would not be on the high end bikes of the era. A good one for fixing up and riding around town but not a particularly valuable one.
