First NBD with my grail cf slx di2. Rode to work and back and love the bike thankfully but on the way back heard a clicking sound- couldn’t see anything obvious so made it home. 8km.
Notes the below- since then I’ve turned the clutch off and shifted through a few times- seems smoother no obvious click but I feel when shifting down it does sound clunky..is there an obvious fix or something I’m missing or am I chasing canyon customer services? TIA
