I dug a small shard of glass out of my tire, leaving behind this small tear. The tube is intact. Is this fine to continue to ride on or should I replace the tyre?

You can fill it with a bit of glue if you find that it captures stones.
It depends on whether it cut any of the threads. Did you examine the tire from the inside, or just pull the piece of glass out? If you look inside and it didn’t poke through and cut any threads, it’s 100% fine. If it did cut any threads, I’d replace it.

I call this good luck and keep riding. I’m usually a little weary of the front tire, cause it’s a little more dangerous. But, they do have a number of different adhesives that do solve this as people noted.
If you don’t want to do it, call a local shop and see if they would do it.
Maybe put a tube patch on the inside of the tire, where the hole is? Just for a little bit extra sense of security.
I might put a boot on the inside of the tire to reinforce it.
Been riding some durable all season tires for four years. These cuts are everywhere!
I’m assuming it would be a bigger problem if it was a thinner race tire.
Boot inside of the tire if you’re worried and so you get your finger down in that spot to see if it actually penetrates and then the boot is there so it’s fine. I ride with stuff like this from time to time and unless it’s not sticking through I do not care
