Profiles,Ti spokes and thunderbolts are the Highlights i would say (idk what rims tho)
Some other parts are good as well bit the frame is lower quality.
But Looks to be in good condition.
I think its worth to take a look

The profile hubs alone cost 300+ brand new. How or why they ended up on a stock/hi tensil frame is a little weird, but depending on the rim, the wheels and cranks could be worth it alone.

I would buy it for the hubs and spokes if they are in good condition. Profile minis are expensive and Ti spokes could cost you $75-100 per wheel
