So I found this used Titanium bike on facebook and I wanted to know if y'all y'all think it's worth the near $1000 price tag. It's a Litespeed Natchez I believe it's the '97 model but I'm entirely sure about that but it's comes with a Shimano Ultegra group set, Mavic rims and, Continental treads. From what I've gathered online, $1000 is a bit steep to pay for a vintage titanium bike but I feel like the group set alone makes up for the price difference. I've been wanting a road bike to hop on whenever I feel like going fast, but I also want something to could do some touring on in the future. Please let me know what y'all think 🙂

I have every similar titanium road bike for states around saved on marketplace so I can say with some authority that the market price is 650-800. lots listed for 8-1200, but they usually don’t move unless they drop to 6-7. how much you spend depends on your amount of disposable income. 1k is not a great deal but it’s not a big ripoff either. I’d try to pay 800, give or take a bit.
that is not a bike for touring, but it’s a great bike. Buy a different bike for touring later. If you determined to get one bike that can do everything, you probably don’t want to buy this pure of a road bike.
