Have you looked into having a shop chase and face? They might not be as bad as you think.

20 minutes at a bike shop. Have them face the bb shell as well. Clean out the threads with a stiff wire brush. I’ve seen way worse than this.

Everyone is correct. Face, chase, and if worried install new bb with blue loctite as the remaining threads will be doing “more work”. Just remember to use a heat gun when removing this in the future as the heat will soften the loctite.
