Not ideal and hope they can compensate you in some way.
I’d use this opportunity to change to Continental GP5000 28/30mm width, or Pirelli P Zero Race if you’re an independent thinker.
They won’t send you a new tire- they will pay you to replace most likely through a LBS- reach out to their CS Line- they helped me a lot recently
My Endurace CF 8 showed up with two pinched and flat tubes. Obviously not as bad as the tires. But I went to my LBS, bought four tubes, had them replace both pinched, and just sent Canyon CS a message saying hey btw QC could use improvement if you’re shipping flat tires. They asked for the receipt and refunded me all 4 tubes and the shops couple bucks for replacing tubes, even though I broke out the (2) and the sales tax for just those. Was a good experience overall.
If it’s anything like the ones that came on mine, they’d puncture in the first ride or two anyway and you’d swap them out for something better
