Hey folks,
I recently got a new bike and it needs some maintenance. Since I'm more of a motorcycle mechanic, I'm a bit new to the bicycling world. I need to change the chainrings because they don't look so good. The OEM Shimano parts seem a bit too costly for this bike, so I'm searching for an alternative for the M770 system. It uses a BCD 104 ring with 22, 32, and 44 teeth.
I'm curious if I can change the system to just two chainrings or even just a 32T crankset without any other modifications. Any advice would be appreciated!
