How to connect with someone, anyone, from Troy Lee Designs?

I crashed and need a new helmet. Their website says they give a discount of 30% off a new helmet and to send them pictures/proof of purchase.

I've sent multiple emails and a case through their website. It's been over 2 weeks now and I have not gotten a response.

I've called their number on the website probably 20 times. It rings for a while, says sorry nobody could get to the phone, and hangs up.

I've dmed them on IG, no response.

I just want a new helmet TLD plzzz how do I get them to respond??
