If you’re going to pair it with bar tape and potentially tan wall tires then I’d say go for it. But just the saddle looks a bit off to me. I’d say just pick one and commit to it. Full send
Full send on the tan theme, 100%. I’m currently hunting for parts to do the same thing to this bike, which has all the tan parts yours doesn’t
