I keep getting flats in my front tire. The hole is in the same spot each time. Inside facing toward the rim tape. I've tried to feel for something sharp along the rim but there doesn't seem to be anything. The rim tape seems to be in good condition in the spot where the puncture occurs. I'm not really sure what else it could be. The flats occur within a 15 min of riding. It's happened 3+ times. The tube on top was new and the bottom had been patched before it went flat again.

That rim tape is knackered. Get a new rim strip in there. Also have you checked the inside of the tire for anything sharp 👍
I had a similar issue on an older bike – changed out rim tape.
Also, might be a pinch flat or snakebite for f you are running lower tire pressures

Are you sure it’s not one spoke to the left maybe? That one looks buggered.
Agree with others though, I’d be trying new tape at this point.
Here’s a thread on a similar issue. Thicker rims tape is the answer most likely

YOu need new rim tape or rim strip. My personal preference is Velox or Zefal cloth tape or similar.
The rim strip is clearly broken in the last pic just to the left of the patch.
Your rim tape is fucked, replace it.
Single wall rim needs a rubber rim strip, do not use velox, etc.
