    They adjust the limits on the front derailleur. As long as the chain is not rubbing, except on cross chaining, they are fine.

    If your front derailleur is shifting correctly, not overshooting either direction, then “yes”.

    Otherwise, “no”.

    it’s the limited screw to adjust derailleur, if there is not shifting performance issue, it just works well and don’t screw it.

    Depends. They’re limit screws.. H limits how far derailleur moves for high gear, L limits for low gear..
    You want them adjusted so can shift into either highest/lowest gear, without allowing chain to come off each end respectively. Hope that helps. Also, if/when adjusting, want cable tension semi loose, at least not too tight, as will interfere with setting limiters..
    Generally set limiters 1st so will go into highest and lowest gear respectively, without throwing chain off, then adjust cable tension if necessary.
