Stupid question but I can’t get my head around it: I still got the factory orientation of the stem v15 (endurace 2020)- if I switch the stem orientation, will it point more downwards or more upwards?

More upwards. You can see it in the first photo.
That’s a +/- 6° stem. Currently it’s going down. Flip to increase height.
