I cant pull this thing of and this bike is pretty rusty so does anybody know how maybe is this a part you need to turn like a screw or just hammer it of?
You need to remove the top cup of the headset. The Oryg tabs are pressed in.

And do you just pull it out or?

You need the top headset cup to be removed. To do it properly you’d need a headset cup removal tool, it’s a special drift, that sits in the cup so you hammer it out. It can be done carefully with a regular drift working your way around the cups inner lip, tapping it out till it drops free.

I think u just need to tap it off I would get like a piece of wood like 2×4 and bud it up to up and use a hammer to tap it off . Make sure all those pieces above it are all removed or un screwed 1st though .

To my thinking it would be logical to just pull it of or hammer it of cause where it the fork stuck cause the doesn’t have a spit with like screw place on it if you get what I’m saying
