Just got the bike and haven’t road it yet. Sounds like maybe the cables rubbing inside the headset, any ideas?

Um are you sure it’s not the tire squeaking on the floor?
Sometimes the modern cable routing headset assembly nonsense is noisy/squeaky because housings are all rubbing back and forth against each other and a plastic guide piece. You could try a tiny bit of a dry lube on the housing and see if that helps.
Kinda sounds like there’s some shim washers missing so the upper bearing dust cover is rubbing on the frame. But its a brand new bike so i’d take it back to the shop and get them to fix it!
Unrelated, does this have sram and is your rear derailleur shifting properly?
I got the Veyo, delivered last week and I can’t get it shifting properly. Been discussing with Ari on email about potential fixes but just thought of checking in with you on how’s the experience been.
i would guess it’s just a seal on the top cap of the headset?!
