My RD is rigid in that the cage won't snap back when the cogs are small-small. I tried to disassemble it and unscrewed this torx 10 screw. I can't seem to put it back in place now. It just won't go in. And Shimano manual doesn't mention anything about it. How can I get it back in and what does it do?
