[Applause] three things I no longer bring backpacking a collapsible camp chair it only weighs two pounds but after hiking 30 kilometers my back would rather carry less than be supported by a chair instead I bring a Sit pad which is also handy at the door of your tent next is disposable travel toothpaste I switched to tablets they can’t melt or freeze and they’re super light and lastly Band-Aids instead I use leukotape it stays on for multiple days and can get wet it’s so good to prevent blisters

  1. In my 20s I didn't bring a chair either.
But now my back doesn't even register a chair is even in my pack because it's so used to the weight, meanwhile, it's an absolute lifesaver at the end of a long day's hike. I'd rather stay home then set up camp and not have a chair with me.

  2. toothpaste powder, I like it better, less gross too its lighter. the rest, she is spot on, I do the same louco tape is amazing

  3. Do not use this tape on the skin without a buffer pad tape applied first. The adhesive is very strong. It will pull a layer of skin off when you remove it. Many people are having allergic reactions to it and had to see a doctor. Itโ€™s a good product but needs to have a backer tape applied first in order to avoid the rash.

  4. Sounds good. good posture works. If lighter hours hiking is better. Stand or lay down. Take best light bed you can. Sitting pad and good upright posture. Part problem is back keeps getting weaker. Hammock sounds light and multi purpose. Go with someone else to split up gear. Lol.
Looks like good list to me.ultra light. Hate to carry a tent. Figure out light walking pole tent I guess. Fake security of debt vs animal biting my head face br nice though. Lol.
