Hello. I have a Fuji Jari 1.1 bike which has a downtube bolt mount with same parameters as usual bottle mount. One difference is that I can't fit a water bottle there as it doesn't have enough if a clearance to fit the tire. Can you please suggest some kind of a bag designed to fit in there? I guess it should be mud proof and extra water proof?

Another thing that can be convenient for that downtube spot is a pump mount or other toolkit. This Crank Brothers one is pretty expensive but there are others around: [https://www.universalcycles.com/shopping/product_details.php?id=116078&category=219](https://www.universalcycles.com/shopping/product_details.php?id=116078&category=219)
You could put a bottle there. Just pick up a wolf tooth b-rad 3 slot. That way you can move the mounting further down.
I have a Specialized keg that I keep in a bottle cage under my downtube. Its not as tall as a bottle, so no tire clearance issues. https://www.bikemag.com/gear/review-specialized-keg
i have a small water bottle down there that i fill with tools. by ‘small’ i mean that i cut out the narrow neck of the bottle to make it smaller.
I use this for tools ! Can be mounted to bolts are strapped
