Hi everyone,
I live in the Bay Area, where bike theft is incredibly rampant. Pretty much every single one of my friends who ride have stories of their bikes or parts stolen even in broad daylight when they’re in the gym or grocery store. I’m looking for a ultra cheap (<$200) beater bike so that even if it gets stolen, NBD, for short range commuting (<5 miles). I already have a nice road bike and hybrid bike; too nice to leave unattended for any length of time unfortunately.
Anybody ever try these Infinity Bikes at Costco?

I have zero doubts they’re much different from Walmart bike-shaped-objects, but the $200 price is competitive with even like 15-20 year old beater bikes off Craigslist.
