Get a torque wrench and properly torque the chain ring bolts.
worth it to get Shimano or Sugino . I’m using origin8 on my current bike because i wanted all black drivetrain and they seem ok too. Otherwise, on my silver drivetrains i use the shimano chain ring bolts

Because the og ones are so so bad and made of alloy.
Seen this many times.
Steel bolts or nothing and make sure there is enough thread engagement, they won’t be held by 2 ou 3 rotations 💀
Depending on the thickness of the ring you’ll have to have deeper or shallower ones.
I think Wolftooth makes some compatible ones too.
This was discussed here before, do a quick search.

Buy new bolts of the right measurement (6mm) allways have a pair of bolts in case of loosing one. You can ride with only 3 bolts in case of emergency. Then allways check if your bolts are tight.

Dude it’s the om noms the backs of them are too thick so bolts never get a good hold on them I’ve lost so many sugino bolts on mine if they don’t have loctite. But I’ve had a set for well over a year not with loctite and they are holding strong af

My chain flew off once after just one of the bolts snapped.

I replaced my omnium bolts with steel ones, from shimano, id recommend it to everyone. as for locktight, they come with a little preinstalled on the bolts
