Yes it’s a heavy continental and yes it’s not the most ideal to have invested this time and money according to many but this is what I wanted to do.

I dig it. I had a Continental, and even in stock form I thought it rode really nice. Sure, it’s heavy, but that just means you’re building more muscle when you ride it.
Too many people here seem to be collectors or dealers. Just do what you want. That’s a good looking bike you put together. The paint looks real great. Enjoy it.
The little lever on the brakes is open.
This is one of the bikes, that doesnt look like a sleek racing machine. But its well equipped, colours are nice and it prob gets out a lot. So it is the fastest most usable bike foe the job, nice one!
