    Looks pretty good, would personally change out the saddle, probably remove the rear brake, I would run clipless mountain bike style SPDs, maybe change stem length to see if longer or shorter works better for you. Check crank bolts for good torque (don’t want to ruin that crankset from an under torqued bolt). Remove the lockring & cog to grease them when you reinstall them, you don’t want them to get seized on. Check for chain wear with the ruler method or using a chain wear indicator.

    Depending on the compound and how/ where it was stored, the tires, tubes & maybe rim tape could be dry rotted or otherwise degraded and warrant a replacement. Continental GP5000s or Gatorskins are great recommendations.
