Decent starter bike, Eastern is okay. Has decent components, I’d try to get it down to 100-110 if possible. Everyone has to start somewhere, happy riding!!!!
Oh a fellow Pinoy, try to haggle for around 100, that cassette and one piece crank ain’t surviving that long, had those cassette in my first build and bearings just exploded(maybe I had just a defective unit).
