    Just throw yourself down it from the top and let your balance/instincts/riding ability take over. Stay away from them jumps to begin with though if you have never caught any air, that will come later.

  2. Go ride through the grass in a park. Go around trees, up hills, down hills, adjust your speed so you don’t fall. If that’s too easy, go to a mountain bike trail that’s green (easy) or blue (medium) and ride it.

    If you are scared, slow down a little. If you crash, slow down a little. If you fall over, speed up a little. If you feel sketchy going around corners, look further in front of you (remember this one, it is the key to unlocking mountain biking).
