  1. I would you’re doing it wrong if a ride didn’t end up on single track at some point 👌

  2. Having the time of my life…I don’t want to go back to my road bike. I’m sad to go home to my flat roads

No disrespect, but you could take a 23 mm tire road bike downthat that highway.

  4. I take my ragley trig down technical New England single track – geo like a drop-bar XC bike from 10 years ago though, so take that with a grain of salt

I love taking the gravel bike on single track

I also really enjoyed riding similar when I got my first gravel bike after having only roadies, it’s liberating isn’t it, big smile man glad you’re enjoying. Beautiful view too.

Sketchy riding can be excellent fun 👌🏻 I feel the joy

  7. If the single track is smooth, you’re good. If you’re doing roots, drops and jumps, you have the wrong bike.

I spent my last vacation riding single track on my Topstone carbon 105. The only issue I had was that the trail had intermittent rocky sections and I ended up tearing the sidewall of my back tire about a half mile from the end of the trail. Stan’s sealant could only do so much. Slapped on a new tire and finished the vacation with a bit more caution over the rocky bits. 10/10, would do it again.
