Does this frame and fork have fixings for full guards?

I’ve been considering a Zydeco for a while now.
I already own an alloy bike with cantilever brakes. How does it perform over long distances? Is it comfortable, or does the alloy feel a bit harsh? How big are the tires?
I obviously love the color scheme and everything Italian, but I find it hard to ‘upgrade’ to disc brakes alone.
