Coaster brake, with front brake, most likely an add-on. I suspect the coaster might be busted since it’s present. Judging by the chainring its most likely an off branded Murry (US) made for a department/hardware store, most likely from mid to late 60s give or a take.
Best bet is search old mail-order catalogs or ad fliers (multiple online databases collect that stuff, but it’s a tedious, most often futile rabbit hole). Serial Numbers won’t do any good, horrible record keeping in this Era.
Ultimately, it’s not worth much. But with a little elbow grease, a fine neighborhood cruiser, rat-rod (if you really want a project), or lawn ornament as is.
Not much to part out. Some folks do collect chainrings, but it’s a pretty common one.

Nice project the front breaks don’t suit it. Only thing I’d change.

If you’re into projects, fun bike for that.
