so im about to buy a fixie frame for 1.5k php and i wanna ask about this dent. the frame looks really good as it has a ratlook and goldweld which is something ive been wanting for a really longtime but the dentd got my concern especially knowing its near the bottom bracket. should i take the frame or should i pass on

When I see a dent I usually walk away nobody likes a dented frame
turns out it wasnt even a dent. it looks like one but its just part of the frame
if you can drill a hole at the bottom knock it back in place it *might* be okay
Hard pass
I’d avoid–best not to court a problem. Fall in love with a frame with less wear and fewer potential problems. Most people on Reddit (like me) really have no idea about how steel fails.
