Noticed my tire wasnt rolling true. Tried to reseat the tire to fix it. Didnt work. Decided to check the wheel itself and saw this.
I can't seem to find any dents or bends.

Just looks like it needs to be trued. Any shop should be able to do it. You can also do it at home, but it requires a bit of finesse.

It looks like you may have a broken spoke on the non-drive side…? Squeeze them in pairs and see if any feel very loose or shift entirely. A solid wheel would have even spoke tension per side.
