That’s the best picture the owner send to me and I can see the Shimano 600 tricolor but don’t know the brand of the frame nor the fork! If someone can identify this please let me know. Have a great day everyone!
I wonder if it’s a Performance frame/bike. Performance was a bike catalog company IIRC and this may be theirs

I think it is Performance. I used their catalogue in the 80’s. The lines between the letters that are missing could be between ANCE .

I worked at performance while in high school in the late 80’ to early 90’s and this is 100% one of their bikes.
FWIW Their frames came from the same factory that made Fuji and KHS from what I remember. Decent frames and that’s an older Shimano 600 group set. Not bad bikes honestly

Definitely a Performance Focus.

I rehabbed an ATB version of this same frame. Performance with a unique splatter paint finish. They bought Fuji and Giant overstock frames from Taiwan factories I believe and rebranded them, mostly with mid-level parts. Also did Scattante I believe? Good value, solid bikes.
