I have a nice DT swiss GR1600 wheelset (100/142) I'd like to use on my hardtail frame (110/148 mm boost spacing) for gravel riding, saving my knobbier 110/148 wheels for more appropriate terrain. I'd like to be able to swap back and forth between these with minimal fuss.
I've partially solved this problem by purchasing kits that position the rotors correctly and add spacers on the axles so the wheels and brake rotors fit to the dropouts and brake calipers. However, two issues remain.
The rear:
The spacing of the cassette (CS-M6100) remains an issue. On the 142 wheel the cassette is positioned further inboard from the dropout than on the 148 wheel, so the derailleur doesn't line up between them. I can adjust the derailleur limits to accommodate this, but then I need to do that every time I swap the wheelsets, which is a pain.
I tried putting spacers behind the cassette on the 142 wheel, but then the cassette lockring won't seat deep enough to thread and lock the cassette.
Thoughts?
The Front:
I have a 15x110mm fox fork. I need to set it up to use a 12 mm thru-axle. Conversion kits exist:

But yikes that's expensive. Might as well sell the 142 wheelset, buy a new 148 one, and take the loss without the conversion fuss.
