I have a pair of new mallet dh but i had an issue where the cleat screw fell out of the cleat and it took a 720° turn of my shoe to unclip, now it makes an annoying clip now and a tiny bit of play when i jump up and down

I’d probably just ask support if they’d swap for a new pair, they’re very lax with shoes at least from my experience so worth a shot asking for a replacement
