This saddle looks to have a channel in it. Nestle the level in that channel a bit towards the rear of the saddle, as I’ve demonstrated. Then, level the nose. You want the part of the saddle your soft tissue will be contacting to be level, or nose down by 1 degree or so.
Riding this saddle nose up like this will not feel good if you git a bump. It might feel stable at first, but its going to cause soft tissue issues.
If you level the nose of the saddle and it feels like you are getting dumped into the front of the bike, a curved saddle like this likely isn’t for you.

That won’t be very comfortable.
I’d check it to the sides as well, looks like you’re in a divot in the centre, and it’s slightly nose up
But properly level is a good starting point, but confirm your floor is level though.
Yes. Ride it and then see how it feels then read up on bike fit and saddle selection/adjustment if you have issues.
Park tool just covered an alternate method to level the saddle in their Tech Tuesday series.

I’d tilt slightly forward so the front is level but that’s just me. I like more of a ramp in the back
Why do you need a bubble level to adjust a saddle so it is comfortable to you?
Forget the level and put it where it feels good.
Its a place to start at the least. Everyone anatomy is different so there is no one perfect position for everyone. Ride and adjust as necessary.

With a curved saddle like this, you generally want to take the level measurement from the nose. Get the nose level and see how that feels.
