[This post about it](https://www.bicycling.com/bikes-gear/a25700537/hennessy-affinity-cycles-bike/) says it’s got a 74-74 seat tube and head tube angle, which is slightly slacker than the Big Block but its fork offset is 30mm vs 32 for the Big Block. Not sure if the differences would matter to you. Talk to the dude and see if you can test ride the whip before you do the swap because imho, both are fairly even.
