Here’s a list of everything on it for anyone interested 🙂
* Weight: ~7.5kg/16lbs
* Frame: 1995 Cannondale R800 2.8 Aluminium
* Fork: Unbranded carbon fork from the last owner, unsure where from.
* Groupset: Full 1994 Shimano 105 – the first 105s with integrated shifters! 2×8 speed. 53/42 in front, 13-26 in the back. Great caliper rim brakes, still has the original brake pads from 30 years ago, they work so well!
* Wheelset: Mavic Reflex (ye olde) 700c. I think the silver rims are cute.
* Tyres: Schwalbe Durano Plus ‘Puncture proof’ 700x25C slicks
* Tubes: $6 ‘Saurka’ TPU tubes.
* Handlebars: Cheap $25 ‘RXL’ 380mm carbon aero drop bars
* Stem: Even cheaper ‘Bucklos’ $12 80mm carbon stem
* Seatpost: Nameless $20 carbon fiber from Amazon
* 22.2mm adapter for threaded fork
* $15 ‘Vertu’ saddle that’s shockingly the most comfy out of anything I’ve got
Accessories – Fenix BC30 V2 headlight with remote (not in photo), Cateye Omni 3 taillight, Quad Lock phone mount, an Ibera bottle cage, and a Seatylock Mason 140 U-lock (I live in New York lol, and it’s not in the photo either)

That’s sweet as hell. Love the matte black look on this vintage Cannondale. I figured it was NY from the photo lol.

Nice! Very nice! Keep an eye out on those cantilevered rear dropouts, the 2.8s had a tendency to crack near where the seatstay meets the chainstay. Source: Mine was replaced under warranty. … Remember when Cannondale had their Frame Exchange Policy, bring in your old frame, get a new frame at a discount. Ah memories.
