Please help me identify this screw. It was part of back bike rack. I tried various combinations of the words screw and pin cannot find the correct name.

Do you know the rack brand? If so, email them for more details. If not, search for racks until you find it then email them.
It’s an extended tip or full dog screw. But are normally on set screws. You may need to make one with a screw and a pair of nuts jammed together.
