Those are good tires.
I would change them even before the trip. Factory tires are always the cheapest you can buy. Get something like Pirelli M in case you go off road.
They will definitely do it for 2 weeks… but my personal favorite tires are Vittoria Mezcal
Depends. What sort of terrain will you be riding? Any technical dirt? What’s the widest tire your bike will fit? What width are those tires?
I’d ride them till they give trouble. Then I would consider changing them.
Also you’ll be in Norway, it’s not exactly the middle of Africa without tyre choice or where shipping time is measured in weeks not hours.
No. Changing before a multi-week trip is a recipe for disaster.
Depends on terrain. I liked the Hutchinson override tires. Ran them on my gravel bike for a few years
