I used to live on the east coast of FL and want to return to ride from the most western part to the most southern. The two options I have are cut across the state around Gainesville and start riding down A1A south. It seems kind of boring. The other option is linked above. I’d stay west the whole way and take alligator alley across. It seems more rural till the Tampa area and probably a little more of real FL and less beaches. Does anyone have experience with either of these routes down or across FL? Thanks in advance!
