Is the 1st bike good? for 200$(3rd pic is a bonus)

1st bike is barely used size 29, 2nd bike is new, both 200$, any of them good?

hilly area with alot of bumps, 94KG, looking for something that won't break easily and that I'll have fun on\lose some weight, 1st time biking not that serious of a biker just want to have a lil fun

also the 2nd bike brand is soo weird, because according to the Internet it doesn't even exist
