I got this bike new and have ridden less than 150 miles on It. But the rear wheel won't stay attached well. Today I noticed the rear axle wasn't actually threading into anything. Hadn't touched or tightened anything. How can I fix this? Thanks

it’s backwards
If it’s new it may be worth it to take it back to the shop. You shouldn’t need to do anything special..
