hello interweb and welcome today we’re on halfast 8 it’s the 16th I think it is of uh June and today we are doing the nc500 I’m not camping I pre-book all the hotels it’s not raining and it’s not forecast the rain but expect to get a little bit wet and today I’ve got a Pion which is the wife’s son he’s going to give it a go full credit to him he’s been on the back of the bike before but literally a couple of Mile he done and today we’re going to be doing 410 M so yeah as normal on and off today it’s barsley to iness in a bit we are on the66 now just stopped at Scotch Corner stretch out legs see how we is 70 M down another 330 to go is I’ll put the screen up to tum mode it’s a little bit windy we’re just coming down uh here 66 now it’s been a little bit windy but not so bad also it’s pretty cloudy but no rain yet to be fair is not forecast I think we might get a little bit Frid but we might get lucky and miss that I did see the last time we were up here in 2021 it it was round about the same time I think it was a back end of June June the 20th or something like that that I would return because that was a pretty much a wash out like I’ve s said it’s a little bit better planned this time all the hotels are boot the sun has come out a little bit and I’m stuck behind a wagon so it feels less windy hopefully you can hear me a little bit better now we are just about to drop on the m6 headed north towards carile few hundred mile on here and we will be at in vess we are in Scotland play the music I’ll probably put you back on when we’re on the A9 a little bit more Scenic into stop of the day going to fuel up have a cup of tea that’s not a bad little structure and it’s bloody wow i w it on when it gets a bit more interesting still got 200 miles to go so not so bad this is what the wife could D and then you be at me the start of the air9 I’m not getting any warning signs like I did last time up here nice and sunny when see a lot better than I thought it was going to be fingers crossed it will stay this way rivers are all quite full now you’re talking I didn’t do this last time I’m going towards Glen shei that ski resort it put another half an hour or so on my journey I’m more worried about my phone sa now because I forgot well no I never forgot I couldn’t find my dinner adapter so I’m going to see if I can get one tomorrow so I like to work with both of them I’ve already see my Island Cow but it was in England on the a 66 so it doesn’t count I don’t know how far down this little track it is but I’m going stretch our legs there when we get there for a half an hour or so and then off to the rage more Mel but I G him a pool and a pight look at this in I don’t know if I’m going the right way but it’s bloody beautiful oh uh 2 six 2 six cuz it’s a bit unsteady here jump off that way then it’s still sell tell us to go up there that can’t be right can’t be right this I just ask him is this a public just ask him if it’s a public road this can’t be right sat enough send send me up there this uh you know on the bend yeah there’s probably somebody still parked down there but just the the side of that little green slope there a couple all right gleni in your phone put gleni ski resort uh weed an hour beautiful up there anywhere I’ll put it on a bit some beautiful sweep and Roads oh we’re run the year9 can’t remember ever been this good I know where we are now we’re back on the the main A9 where we’ve just come out of uh is where that van tip upside down that time so yeah pretty much sort of know exactly where you are we are roughly 2 hours I would say are we from the digs the mountain range has just start to build build up a bit but it’s only going to get better no weather warnings unlike last time we’re on 20 CI so not bad for this far up north aello better than it was forecast I think it was forecast 12 C and cloudy if it sters like this tomorrow I’ll get to see all the East Side last time we’re up here I pretty much couldn’t see nothing we’ve got about 60 M to go that’s it take us around an hour starting to heat up not the temperature see still on the A9 around about 8 mil to go before we out digs I’m ready for a pain and something to eat now 40 m I think we’re going to be doing tomorrow we be Crossing that bridge I think we turn off before it just up here on the left I believe here she is oh yes got it h
