Just got some panniers for my Ibera Rack, these are from Rockbros. The top clips go on fine, but the bottom one is a little finicky. Is that normal? The bottom clip position can't really be in any other orientation than pointed "up" for this rack, since the clip rail is below the rack mounting point.
Just checking because I'm a newb to panniers and want to use them!
